His career began with one of the largest national service providers, SBM Site Services, where he honed his skills in leadership, operations management, client relations, employee satisfaction and large-scale facility maintenance/management.

From there, Phillips transitioned to a franchise model, at Jani-King, where he gained insight into the nuances of franchising, marketing, and working with smaller, entrepreneurial teams.
Most recently, Phillips has spent time building TFM Services, where his ability to streamline processes, gain additional revenue streams, improve customer service, and boost profitability while providing quality service has been a driving force in helping TFM Services thrive in an already competitive industry.

He has a real talent in the ability to select and assemble teammates and create cohesiveness in a great place to work environment. He claims the current TFM executive team is the best he’s ever seen…and trust me he’s seen a lot come and go.
