TFM Services began in December of 1987 and was founded by Russell Thrash. We started as a retail floor specialist and currently provide an assortment of building services throughout seventeen (17) states.

With our Corporate Headquarters located in Wichita, Kansas, we also have regional managers in Nebraska, Oklahoma and Kansas City. Over the course of 30 years TFM Services has evolved into one of the leading facility management groups in the Midwest, while retail floors still remains one of our greatest strengths.

TFM Services has hand selected and assembled a very dynamic management team with over 150 years of industry experience. Our team has many experienced Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) that are extremely knowledgeable in many facets of building services.

We believe in weekly face to face contact while performing quality assurance inspections with our customers, in turn, this creates 100% calibration while establishing clear expectations. With over 150 employees and over 50 partners throughout seventeen states,  we can handle any customers needs.

TFM Services has a current customer base with dozens of partnerships that exceed 15 years. Each of these clients are accustom to our standards, quality assurance and integrity. We must be doing something right!
