Quality Assurance Program

TFM Services Maintains The Highest Standard In The Building Service Industry.

.Our quality assurance program consists of inspecting the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual frequencies required by each customer. The inspections are conducted by our management team as scheduled with our contact and performed with face to face calibration. Any deficiencies requiring immediate attention are promptly addressed with the proper staff, inspected together to define expectations and then followed up with once service is performed to ensure completion. A management member will visit with the designated customer to make certain that the deficiency was addressed correctly and discuss any outstanding issues that require additional time or discussion.

    A corporate office representative will also perform monthly customer survey calls to bridge any communication gap between TFM Services field operations and our customers. The key to quality assurance in our facilities is the weekly audits by our field staff accompanied with corporate involvement. This way we continue to measure real time performance, so we can manage it and continuously improve upon it.
